At the entrance to the Function Room there is a paved area with landscaped garden borders. This gives a suitable area for meeting and greeting your participants. There is a bar area here and we can offer a covered area o that there is more space for guests in the function room.
The room can be laid out in a variety of ways. Most choose to have round tables set-up for 6 to 10 people (c. 70 people), however, it is also possible to have a Theatre layout (Max 120 people) or a combination of the two.
Projector screens and a Project can be provided if these are ordered in advance.
A minibus shuttle service can be provided from the car park at our other venue in Okehampton, at cost of £50 per hour.
Team Building Exercises
Whilst you may think that Adventure Activities are more suitable for young groups, we have successfully developed other team building activities that have been adapted for corporate clients, including problem solving sessions, less strenuous activity sessions with teambuilding and orienteering,
The function room can be used for brain storming sessions, corporate planning days, strategy planning and a variety of different types of meeting. An activity session tagged on is good at taking people minds away from the exercise to understand team working better, and then come back refreshed to look at the problem again.
